Phillip Hathway CeMAP (Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice) CeRER (Certificate of Regulated Equity Release) has been involved with property since the early 1990’s. He has worked for and run corporate Estate Agencies for large national companies and also worked for an independent agent. He is an experienced landlord and a qualified mortgage broker and is confident that his company can offer an unrivalled level of service when it comes to dealing with property whether you are buying, selling, letting or looking to rent a property. He is also qualified and authorised to offer mortgage and other financial advice in relation to your property transactions. Phillip confirms “I wanted to re-brand the already successful company to HATHWAYS because when you put your name on your business, you put your personal reputation at stake. Your customers will appreciate that commitment.”
Steve Wilkes CeMAP (Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice) is core to the success of the business. Steve has an excellent approach to customer service and is fully aware that to succeed we often have to work smarter, harder and longer than other agents which is second nature in our organisation. Steve is an experienced qualified independent mortgage broker so when you are in contact with him you can be assured that you are dealing with a true property professional. Steve also has extensive retail experience, having previously held managerial positions within national retailers which, again, underpins his first class attitude towards customer service.
Rhian Saunders has worked in Estate Agency all of her professional life. She has worked for large national organisations in senior/management positions and has also worked for a local estate agent. Rhian has extensive experience as a property professional in the local area and brings valuable experience to the team. When dealing with Rhian customers can be assured that they are dealing with someone who genuinely has a first class knowledge of the local property market, a knowledge that can only be obtained with years of hard work, experience and training.
Ryan Waters has significant customer service and sales experience and has worked in previous roles on a commission only basis so he is fully aware that if you aren’t proactive and hardworking you will not get the results that are needed by both the client and the business. Ryan focuses mainly on the property sales side of the business and spends most of his time liaising with clients face to face and by telephone. Ryan is well regarded by everyone he meets and is results driven. Ryan has helped us grow the property sales side of our business significantly and has enabled us to quickly become be one of the most successful Property Sales Agents in our area.
Karen Lewis CeMAP (Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice) carries out and co-ordinates many of our branch activities. Karen holds the Certificate of Mortgage Advice and Practice qualification which will give you the peace of mind that your requirements are being dealt with by a qualified person. Karen has previously been a key member of a local mortgage brokerage and benefits from a great deal of property and mortgage related experience having dealt with many different kinds of property transactions over the years. Karen also has retail experience and has held various other customer service positions which means she is fully aware of how important excellent customer service is, and this is what we aim to provide to all of our customers at all times.
Neil Humphries. Neil carries out many of our rental viewings and property inspections. Neil ensures our landlords investments are well maintained and looked after by our existing tenants when carrying out these property inspections on a regular basis. Neil has extensive customer service and sales experience and knows how important all of our clients are to us. Our clients satisfaction is always in the forefront of his mind.
Our ethos is to always provide clients with access to the key people/decision makers within the business. We also have a dedicated, motivated support team which includes other advisors, administrators and accountants who are involved daily with the successful running of our business to ensure that all clients receive a service that is second to none.
